Hamlet Council

The Municipality of Clyde River Council is the governing body responsible for representing the public and considering the well-being and interests of the residents.  Council sets policy, approves by-laws and determines which services will be provided while maintaining the financial integrity of the community.  The Council consists of a Mayor and eight (8) Councillors.

Hamlet council elections are held place every 4 years and election is due in November.  Our current council members were not elected, 2 were acclaimed and the rest are appointed including the Mayor of Clyde River.
Mayor and Council are up for re-election this November.
